Many times, DEI initiatives involve increasing representation within your organization. The best way to make sure that you are on track is to occasionally measure your progress. Some of the questions you may ask yourself are:

  • How many people in my organization have completed DEI training?

  • How many minorities are in C-level positions?

  • How has employee engagement increased since implementing a DEI program?
