Corey Axelrod

Corey Axelrod, MBA, is a fourth-generation Deaf, passionate social justice advocate and social entrepreneur. He helps organizations create inclusive and accessible environments for deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals. Corey provides strategic, operational and tactical solutions designed to achieve compliance and reduce risk by establishing environments where communication accessibility for Deaf and hard of hearing individuals is the standard. He has planned and implemented hundreds of training sessions on a variety of issues, including diversity and inclusion, inclusive organizational design, unconscious bias, risk management, and Deaf awareness and cultural humility.
