Curtis Blair

Curtis is a community leader with experience with organizational and corporate leadership. He first cut
his teeth in business as a Financial advisor that transitioned to corporate and growing and
implementation of new locations and offices. Curtis is a graduate from Moore School of Business from
the University of South Carolina. His passion for DEI has stemmed from his experiences within the
workplace that have fostered unproductive cultures and division amongst associates and leadership. He
has a focus to bring change to the social culture in the business setting and how business can bring that
same change to how they tell their story to their market place.
